Hon. Dairo Olayinka began his educational journey at Saint Cyprian Catholic Primary School, Ibadan, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. He later proceeded to Lagelu Grammar School, Ibadan, for his secondary education, where he demonstrated academic commitment, discipline, and leadership potential.

Driven by a desire to build expertise in finance and management, he attended the University of Ado-Ekiti, where he obtained a Diploma in Banking and Finance. He further advanced his academic credentials at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Accounting.

His academic training equipped him with strong analytical abilities, financial knowledge, and managerial competencies that have contributed significantly to his professional and leadership achievements.

Administrative and Professional Career

He began his professional career with Ihumundumun Consult, Ekpoma, where he served as a Supervisor. During this period, he developed valuable experience in team coordination, administrative management, and organisational efficiency.

His dedication, professionalism, and ability to manage responsibilities effectively earned him recognition as a dependable administrator and strategic thinker.

Educational Administration and Leadership

Hon. Dairo Olayinka subsequently served as Administrator of Beechford International Nursery, Primary and Secondary School. In this capacity, he played a significant role in strengthening institutional administration, improving operational systems, and supporting the delivery of quality education.

His leadership was characterised by strategic planning, sound management practices, discipline, and a commitment to educational excellence.

Entrepreneurial Leadership

As a successful entrepreneur, Hon. Dairo Olayinka serves as the Managing Director of Junt Multi Project Limited, a dynamic organisation involved in diverse business ventures.

He began his political journey as Ward 8 Secretary in Ibadan North-East Local Government, where he demonstrated dedication to community engagement, political organisation, and effective party administration.

His outstanding performance and commitment led to his appointment as Local Government Secretary of Ibadan North-East Local Government. In this position, he strengthened grassroots structures, improved coordination, and supported effective political administration.

His administrative competence and leadership qualities eventually earned him elevation to the position of State Secretary in Oyo State.

As State Secretary, he has continued to provide strategic direction, promote internal cohesion, strengthen organisational structures, and contribute to democratic development.
